Location of the hotel: Hotel Neptun is situated in the center of St-Petersburg not far from Vitebsky Railway Station. The 7 storey hotel is a part of International Business Center "Neptun". Built in 1991, it was renovated in 2000 when a new building was added to the hotel.
Pulkovo airport: 40 minutes by car.
Moscow railway station: 20 minutes by car.
Number of rooms of the hotel: There are Standard rooms, Junior Suites, Suites and Apartments in both buildings of the hotel. However quality as well as prices for rooms in the new building are higher than those in the old one.

- 72 hours before the date of arrival, excluding days-off and official holidays.
Otherwise the hotel charges a cancellation fee in the amount of cost of all the rooms booked for one night.
